Participants will be guided through, Plyometrics (jumping), Power running (resistance), Agility, and football drills (WR and DB) 

All ages and participants are welcome, from beginner to experienced athlete.

Plyometrics Drills - Plyometrics are so effective at improving explosive movements because they take advantage of opposing muscle contractions. These contractions are when the muscles are shortened or lengthened.

Resistant Power Running Drills -Discover the power of resistance running. Improve speed, agility and power with various drills and enhance your training using our program.
